|Hourly comic day

i did this yesterday. ugghhhhhh i wouldn't have scanned it and posted it except i already spent all that time DOING it yesterday.|
You know what that time would have been better spent doing? drawing anything else.
Your Clint Eastwood kinda looks like Obama.
And here I was thinking hourly comics were today. D:
At least your waste of time was an bright five minutes in my life. Yay!
I didn't notice the obama thing til i scanned it in!
and yes, they were today, but i had real work to do today, so i did it an hour early.
i am glad you enjoyed it, i apologize for having been so dismissive.
No apology necessary. I think we all know that feeling. I've been working all day on something that will only be enjoyed for a couple of seconds (maybe) and has given me two days' worth of grief already. Oh, the lot of an employed artist!
It's time for you to Liz your own life.
So, enjoying His Majesty's Dragon, eh? I didn't want to recommend the book unreservedly, because there were things that bugged me. I didn't like that the dragons talk. Seems a bit silly. Although I thought it was explained that dragons are bred for intelligence, so only domesticated beasts are intelligent enough to be a threat.
Oh yeah, and nice hourlies!
I actually ended up grabbing "Black Powder War", because it was the only one available. It's fine, but the male characters seem weakly written, the suspenseful or adventury moments don't have much weight to them, and yeah - don't really like the dragon concepts.
And I SWEAR she was intimating that the dragon was pleasuring himself in the river. I tried to interpret it differently, but it kept coming back to that. And it wouldn't bother me, except it seems SO OUT OF PLACE.
Ah. I was wondering how I could have missed dragon masturbation when I read the book. That doesn't seem like something one could forget without therapy.
At least I'll know not to read the rest of the series.
That was a lot of negative points. I DO like the variety of settings (though I wish they were described with more colour), and to be fair, I'm only about a quarter of the way through.
Great hourlies! I especially loved the added touch of the book having "WTF" and "LOL" on the cover in their respective panels.
